Edwardian/Victorian chaise was completely rebuilt traditionally upholstered and given a new lease of life with modern velvet fabric
This sad Victorian chair had 3 layers of old fabric from its beginning through to the 30s and then 60s... all fillings and most of the springs were replaced.
1930s sofa after and before - the original seat & arm spring system was in good condition the back springs were re lashed. Straw filling was replaced with coir fibre and hair
